Based on your answers to questions regarding your personal profile information including height, weight, age, gender goals and current activities, we will provide you with your recommended dietary intake of calories, proteins, carbohydrates and fats required to meet your goals.
This assessment takes the Diet Profile one step further. By providing us a diary of your current food intake for three days, you will receive reports outlining vitamin and mineral deficiencies and we will inform you of short-falls or over-consumption of calories, proteins, carbohydrates and fats. After your review you will understand what foods are putting you "over-the-edge" or maybe what you need to pick up next time at the local vitamin store to make sure you are meeting the RDAs.
Our Meal Planning program includes the Dietary Analysis program but also provides seven days of menus that can be rotated to your preference. Each meal plan is balanced to meet your recommended dietary intake of calories, proteins, carbohydrates, fats and vitamins and minerals. No more guessing! Menus consist of smaller but more frequent meals throughout the day. You will also receive a variety of reports including a grocery list, low fat recipes, client educational handouts and more.
We recommend that you take advantage of our Follow Up program every three to four weeks so we can fine tune your meal plans to match your progress. You will be required to update your so we can understand changes in your body weight, activities, etc. Follow ups also provide more variety in menu plans and help us understand what foods you are enjoying and which ones you are not. You will receive the same thorough reports that are provided with the Meal Planning program (#3), and a 30 minutes chat.
